Prior to founding RevampHealth (previously known as Level Funded Health) in 2014, Russ founded and led ForeverCar.com, a national retailer of vehicle service contracts. Prior to this, Russ drove national advertising revenue for top media brands like The Economist and Crain Communications. He holds a Bachelor’s Degree from Bradley University and pursued postgraduate studies at Northwestern University.

Salvatore Cotrona brings diverse expertise in Finance, Risk & Safety Management, and Business Strategy to his role as Senior Vice President. With a background spanning Goldman Sachs to the FDNY, Salvatore’s leadership and dedication are unparalleled. His transition from finance to public service showcases his commitment to community and safety. Now, at RevampHealth, Salvatore works alongside executive leadership to drive strategic growth, strengthen key partnerships, and help organizations navigate complex healthcare challenges with innovative, cost saving solutions.

As National Marketing Manager at RevampHealth, Cole drives strategic marketing initiatives focused on scalable growth, platform optimization, and business development. Working closely with executive leadership and the sales team, he leverages market research, lead analysis, and consumer insights to improve outreach, strengthen sales performance, and support RevampHealth’s continued growth.

Vesna Young brings over two decades of accounting and insurance licensing experience to her role as Compliance Director. Beginning her career with Chase Bank in the life insurance and annuities sector, Vesna later transitioned to AccuQuote, where she oversaw licensing for the agency and its agents. Her expertise ensures regulatory compliance and adherence to industry standards.

Jon Reese brings over 30 years of experience in web design, development, branding, and digital strategy to RevampHealth.
