Prior to founding RevampHealth (previously known as Level Funded Health) in 2014, Russ founded and led ForeverCar.com, a national retailer of vehicle service contracts. Prior to this, Russ drove national advertising revenue for top media brands like The Economist and Crain Communications. He holds a Bachelor’s Degree from Bradley University and pursued postgraduate studies at Northwestern University.

Jermell Williams, a veteran of the employee benefits industry for over 20 years, has ascended from Coordinator to Co-Founder of his own brokerage firm. With a background in premier brokerage firms like Marsh McLennan Companies and the Principal Financial Group, Jermell specializes in developing complex benefits programs for Fortune 100 and 500 companies. He held certifications including Lean Six Sigma Green Belt and FL 2-15 Health & Life, and earned his bachelor’s degree from the University of Connecticut.
